- What can I say about me? I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but I have heard a lot of people say that I don't fit the 'city girl' demeanor. I'm too shy and quiet at times and other times the Puerto Rican comes out of me and I am just too loud. I'm married. We are going on four years and we are raising a 17 month old nena, aww, Aixah Flores. Everyone loves her. Freaky Friday
So, it's 8 minutes past 12 and I am still up, as usual. I'm watching "Body Snatchers"-like I have a choice. All that is on are scary movies. And so today, out of all days, I have decided to venture into the Blogger world. I am part of a pregnancy forum, I'm part of facebook, I use basecamp and skype for work, I send my friends lengthy emails about myself and yet...I still think I need to fit the time to publicize more of my life, as if it were so exciting, ha.
So how exactly does this work? Is it like writing a diary entry? Do people actually expose themselves openly in these blogs, knowing that someone else may be reading? Hmm, I wonder...
Dear Diary,
I guess you can say that today was a good day. I managed my office work from home very nicely, that's always a plus. I did the wash, I fixed up the bedroom, I bought a few groceries and Aixah is now sleeping in her crib. So, yeah, things were boring but good.
Victor didn't get home 'till late. And now he is asleep on the sofa, his head resting on one of my legs. And that leg keeps on falling asleep, ugh...OK, time to change positions...
